Executive
Nicholas Burt
Executive Director
Nick is a graduate of Southern Utah University, with a BS in psychology. He earned his MA from The University of Akron, in Marriage and Family Therapy. Nick has worked clinically in a variety of environments, with a broad spectrum of clients. He has worked in inner city Cleveland and Akron providing in home therapy to under served youth, with Ohio Guidestone. He worked as a primary therapist in at Sundance Canyon Academy, a residential treatment center for boys. He also worked as a lead therapist with Salt Lake Behavioral Health's intensive outpatient program, working with adults who were newly discharged from inpatient stays; treating mental health and substance abuse, and personality disorders. Nick also maintained a small private practice, working with families and client's in their home environement. ​Nick previously worked with another billing company as the utilization review department manager, and has been working with mental health and substance use insurance billing since 2016.
Kylee Parker
Director of Client Development
Kylee is the director of client development at Bridgeway Billing. She began working with insurance billing in 2013, in the authorization and insurance department for a pediatric office that specializes in children with birth defects and syndromes. Kylee led Bridgeway's UR team, before stepping into her role as DCD. As an advocate for the Children, Kylee will assist families with their insurance authorizations and provide a financial peace of mind. Kylee lives with her husband and two children in Herriman, Utah. She enjoys beachy vacations, hiking, fishing, hunting and gardening in her spare time.
Ashley Powell
Director of Operations
Ashley is the Director of Operations at Bridgeway Billing. Ashley obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern Utah University and has worked in the mental health field specifically on the insurance side since 2011. She has a passion for mental health treatment and loves to help families obtain the reimbursements they deserve. Ashley lives in Eagle Mountain, UT and in her spare time enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping and spending time at the lake, and playing volleyball.

Accounting Manger
Michelle is the Accounting Manager at Bridgeway Billing. She has an AS in Accounting from LDS Business College. Michelle worked many years in the receivable and payable side of accounting. She is happy to be a part of the Bridgeway Family. Michelle lives in Saratoga Springs, Utah with her husband Jared , two daughters Alexa and Morgan and her dog Dazee. In her spare time she loves spending time with my family, Playing games & reading a good book.

Amy Griffes
Claims Manager
Amy is a claims supervisor for Bridgeway Billing. She has worked as a medical biller for 7 years. She switched to behavioral health billing in 2021. She is passionate in the behavioral health field and helping families get the treatment that they need. She lives in Spanish Fork. Outside of work she likes to go camping, hiking and loves to spend time in the mountains.
Sarah Jones
Claims Manager
Sarah Jones is the Claims Manager at Bridgeway Billing. Sarah obtained her diploma in Medical Coding and Billing from Ashworth College and has pursed her dream job in the Mental Health Billing since 2018. Sarah has resided most of her life in California and relocated to Northern Nevada in 2019. Sarah enjoys her weekends at home or spent by the lake with her son.

Tashaundra Cisrow
UR Manager
Tashaundra is the utilization review manager with Bridgeway Billing. She has a degree in Clinical Counseling. She has been working in UR since 2012 at various facilities and even as the Lead Utilization Review specialist for a 60 bed facility. ​ Tashaundra's background in mental health and substance abuse therapy helps her with advocating for clients and their families to get the best and longest treatment possible. Tashaundra lives in sunny South Florida with her daughter. She enjoys traveling, trips to the beach, baking and gardening in her spare time.

Adrienne Bethel
UR Assistant Manager
Adrienne is the utilization review assistant manager with Bridgeway Billing. She has a bachelor's from Florida A&M University and master's in Social Work from Barry University. She worked in juvenile probation for 8yrs, working with adolescents with mental health, behavioral and substance abuse issues. She assisted with getting the youth and their families the proper services to reduce the recidivism rate, while providing therapy. She started doing UR in 2015, working with adults with primarily with dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental health issues. She finds joy in being able to help others whenever she can. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music and spending time with friends and family.

Melissa is a claims supervisor with Bridgeway Billing.
Braydee Webb
Claims Supervisor
Braydee is a billing and claims billing supervisor at Bridgeway Billing. She has worked in the behavioral health field since 2019 doing verification of benefits and claims/billing. She is passionate about the behavioral health field and helping families in that area. She lives in Salt Lake City. Outside of work, she loves to do bikram yoga and paddle board in the summer with her dogs.
Rachel McNaughton
VOB Assistant Manager
Braydee is a billing and claims billing supervisor at Bridgeway Billing. She has worked in the behavioral health field since 2019 doing verification of benefits and claims/billing. She is passionate about the behavioral health field and helping families in that area. She lives in Salt Lake City. Outside of work, she loves to do bikram yoga and paddle board in the summer with her dogs.
Carolyn Dammann
SCA Supervisor
Carolyn has been working in behavioral health utilization review since 2014. Carolyn has also worked in medical billing since 2009. With her background she works diligently to get families the care they need and deserve. Carolyn lives in Oceanside, CA with her husband and dog. She has three children, and five grandchildren. She enjoys camping, off-roading and boating in the Colorado River. She also enjoys time with family and friends.
