Nicholas Burt, LMFT
Executive Director
Nick is a graduate of Southern Utah University, with a BS in psychology. He earned his MA from The University of Akron, in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Nick has worked clinically in a variety of environments, with a broad spectrum of clients. He has worked in inner city Cleveland and Akron providing in home therapy to under served youth, with Ohio Guidestone. He worked as a primary therapist in at Sundance Canyon Academy, a residential treatment center for boys. He also worked as a lead therapist with Salt Lake Behavioral Health's intensive outpatient program, working with adults who were newly discharged from inpatient stays; treating mental health and substance abuse, and personality disorders. Nick also maintained a small private practice, working with families and client's in their home environement.
Nick previously worked with another billing company as the utilization review department manager, and has been working with mental health and substance use insurance billing since 2016.
Kylee Parker
Director of Client Development
Kylee is the director of client development at Bridgeway Billing. She began working in the authorization and insurance department for a pediatric office that specializes in children with birth defects and syndromes. Kylee led Bridgeway's UR team, before stepping into her role as DCD.
As an advocate for the Children, Kylee will assist families with their insurance authorizations and provide a financial peace of mind. Kylee lives with her husband and two children in Herriman, Utah. She enjoys beachy vacations, hiking, fishing, hunting and gardening in her spare time.

Ashley Powell
Director of Operations
Ashley is the Director of Operations at Bridgeway Billing. Ashley obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern Utah University and has worked in the mental health field specifically on the insurance side for several years.
She has a passion for mental health treatment and loves to help families obtain the reimbursements they deserve. Ashley lives in Eagle Mountain, UT and in her spare time enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping and spending time at the lake, and playing volleyball.

Tashaundra Cisrow
UR Manager
Tashaundra is the utilization review manager with Bridgeway Billing. She has a degree in Clinical Counseling. She has been working in UR since 2012 at various facilities and even as the Lead Utilization Review specialist for a 60 bed facility.
Tashaundra's background in mental health and substance abuse therapy helps her with advocating for clients and their families to get the best and longest treatment possible. Tashaundra lives in sunny South Florida with her 10 year old daughter. She enjoys traveling, trips to the beach, baking and gardening in her spare time.
Adrienne Bethel
UR Assistant Manager
Adrienne is the utilization review assistant manager with Bridgeway Billing. She has a bachelor's from Florida A&M University and master's in Social Work from Barry University. She worked in juvenile probation for 8yrs, working with adolescents with mental health, behavioral and substance abuse issues.
She assisted with getting the youth and their families the proper services to reduce the recidivism rate, while providing therapy. She started doing UR in 2015, working with adults with primarily with dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental health issues. She finds joy in being able to help others whenever she can. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, listening to music and spending time with friends and family.
Cassidy Carter, BSN, RN
UR Intake Supervisor
Cassidy is the utilization review intake supervisor with Bridgeway Billing. Cassidy worked as a Medical Assistant in various Family Practices, Insta-Cares, and OB/GYN offices for four years, before obtaining her RN from Ameritech College of Healthcare in 2018.
She has practiced as an RN in transplant and neuro critical care, before focusing on helping those who are seeking treatment for mental health and/or substance use concerns. She works hard to promote a healing environment in all aspects of healthcare. Outside of work, she loves to ride bikes, dirt jumping, play games, camping, drinking coffee, and watching reruns.
Carolyn Dammann
Single Case Agreement Supervisor
Carolyn has been working in behavioral health utilization review since 2014. Carolyn has also worked in medical billing since 2009.
With her background she works diligently to get families the care they need and deserve. Carolyn lives in Oceanside, CA with her husband and dog. She has three children, and five grandchildren. She enjoys camping, off-roading and boating in the Colorado River. She also enjoys time with family and friends.
Patti Staley
UR Specialist
Patti is a Utilization Review Specialist at Bridgeway Billing. She graduated from UVU with her BS in Psychology and a Substance Abuse Counselor certificate. She has been working in UR since 2017.
Patti has a passion for helping others, especially those struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. She recognizes that everyone has a story, the key is taking the time to listen.

Leslie is a UR assistant and lives in St George, UT. She has a passion for serving people and has enjoyed her time working in different medical offices assisting others.
She is a wife and mother to 3 busy boys. In her spare time she is running boys to baseball practice or many other activities that they enjoy together.

Sarah Jones
Claims Manager
Sarah Jones is the Claims Manager at Bridgeway Billing. Sarah obtained her diploma in Medical Coding and Billing from Ashworth College and pursed her dream job in the Mental Health Billing world a few years ago.
Sarah has resided most of her life in California and recently moved herself and family to Northern Nevada in 2019. Sarah enjoys her weekends at home with her son Mason.
Seth Hill
Claims Specialist
Seth is a claims specialist at Bridgeway Billing. Set has been working in Behavioral Health/ Substance Abuse billing and claims field since July 2015. Working with treatment facilities and families to ensure that that insurance companies provide them with proper and adequate reimbursement. He was seeking a place in his life where he would be able to positively affect other people’s lives. Specifically, with helping adolescents in need.
Seth greatly enjoys playing board games and video games with his family and friends. His two grown sons in particular. Snowboarding, exercising, hiking and mountain biking fill in the remainder of his spare time. He has always done his best to attempt to live by a few simple rules and practices in his life; if you have it within your power to help someone then you should always be of assistance, to live a respectful and moral life and to spread love, appreciation and respect to the people in your life.

Amy is a claims supervisor for Bridgeway Billing. She has worked as a medical biller for 7 years. She switched to behavioral health billing in 2021.
She is passionate in the behavioral health field and helping families get the treatment that they need. She lives in Spanish Fork. Outside of work she likes to go camping, hiking and loves to spend time in the mountains.
Jenny Sadlier
Senior Claims Specialist
Jenny is a Senior Claims Specialist for Bridgeway Billing. She has worked in the mental health field for over 11 years in billing and coding and in the field office working with the clients from an administrative perspective.
She loves to make sure that the clients and families feel at ease in any setting and the knowledge that she will do the utmost to ensure all their billing needs are met. Jenny lives in Utah, and loves to spend time with family and friends.
Shirley Forbes
Claims Specialist
Shirley is a claims specialist at Bridgeway Billing. She had worked in Quality Assurance and Accounting fields prior to Bridgeway.
She is excited to now be a part of the mental health field. She is married, has 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys boating, hiking and bowling and loves game night with her family.

Janae is a billing and claims specialist for Bridgeway Billing. She started working in the mental health field 3 years ago and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Brigham Young University.

Braydee is a billing and claims billing supervisor at Bridgeway Billing. She has worked in the behavioral health field for 3+ years doing verification of benefits and claims/billing.
She is passionate about the behavioral health field and helping families in that area. She lives in Salt Lake City. Outside of work, she loves to do bikram yoga and paddle board in the summer with her dogs.

Amy is a medical records specialist at Bridgeway billing. She has an Associates Degree in the Arts. She has 3 years experience working in the Long Term Care field. She is excited to start working in the mental health field.

Heather Maw
Claims Specialist
Heather is a billing and claims billing specialist at Bridgeway Billing. She has been a medical biller for 4 years, and in related fields for 10. Before mental health billing she specialized in family medical practice billing.
She enjoys cooking, reading, playing with her dogs and fostering puppies. She has always lived in Utah and loves the mountains and enjoying the scenery.
Courtney Walters

Courtney Walters is a Claims Specialist at Bridgeway Billing. Courtney obtained her diploma in Medical Coding and Billing from Salt Lake Community College. She previously obtained a degree in Surgical Technology from Salt Lake Community College and pursued this career for multiple years. Ultimately, she has worked in the medical field since 2014.
Courtney was born and raised in Utah and is now raising her young family in the Salt Lake area. She enjoys spending time with them and her two puppies. They enjoy anything outdoors, including going golfing with her parents. She looks forward to teaching her son how to golf as well.
Melissa Hussey
Claims Specialist
Melissa is a claims specialist at Bridgeway Billing. Before joining Bridgeway, Melissa was the records manager for a non-profit foster care agency, starting in 2012. Helping people, especially youth, is something that she feels very lucky to be able to do.
In her spare time she enjoys being outdoors, camping, fishing and doing anything water-related. She loves reading books and enjoys all kinds of music, especially when it is live. She is married and keeps busy raising her 3 kids, 2 dogs, and 9 chickens.
Aurie Farr
Claims Specialist
Aurie is a claim specialist at Bridgeway Billing. Aurie obtained her national certification in medical billing through AAPC and has been working in mental health billing for 3 years.
Aurie is a Utah native and has lived here most of her life. In her spare time she enjoys reading, cooking, baking, gardening, music, sports and spending time with family. She has two dogs and a son who keep her on her toes!
Courtnee Ortega

Courtnee is a claims assistant at Bridgeway Billing. She is a mom to two boys and a wife to her husband of 7 years. Her family is my everything. She loves being a mom and doing all the fun things with her two boys, ages 4 and 2. You will most likely catch her at the softball field or in the mountains hunting and camping. She also loves the beach and Disneyland! She is very close with her parents as well as her siblings.

VOB Manager
Glow is the VOB manager at Bridgeway Billing. She has a bachelor's degree in Family Science from Utah Valley University. She has been with Bridgeway Billing since 2020, and has loved working in the mental health field. Glow loves to travel, and looks forward to exploring new places with her family. She also loves Disneyland, and returns there as often as possible.
Liz Johnsen
VOB Assistant Manager
Liz is the assistant manager for the VOB Department. She has worked in the mental health field for almost two years, and before that worked in dental insurance billing for another year. She is currently working on getting her accounting degree and is grateful to be a part of the Bridgeway team!
Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time playing sports, exploring the outdoors, and watching movies with her daughter.

Malori McKinney
Appeals Supervisor
Malori is the supervisor in our appeals and fee for service departments. She obtained a degree in Pharmacy Technology and has worked in Cancer research as well as worked in an FDA regulated laboratory to get medical devices on the market.
Prior to working at Bridgeway, she worked in medical billing doing credentialing for medical professionals that allows for doctors to bill insurances, because of this previous experience she is well acquainted with state laws and regulations and knows the resources to help her with the appeals position. Outside of work, she lives in the south end of the Salt Lake Valley and loves exploring the awesome mountain with her husband and 2 kids.
Morgan Allen
Appeals Specialist
Morgan is an appeals specialist at Bridgeway Billing. She has her bachelor's degree in Psychology and has worked in the mental health and other areas of the health field for over 6 years.
Morgan has worked in fields that include a variety of experience in appeals, insurance, and working directly with patients. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys trail running, hiking, studying nutrition and health and, of course, spending time with her husband and daughter. Morgan grew up in Columbus Ohio so she will always be a Buckeye fan and she currently lives in the valley of Tooele Utah.

Calli is the appeals coordinator for Bridgeway Billing. She received her AS in science at Dixie State University and went on to get her Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Utah.
Born and raised in Utah, she lives in Saratoga Springs with her husband, 3 boys and 2 dogs. In her spare time, Calli spends most of her days outdoors: hiking, mountain biking, four wheeling, jet skiing or just trying to keep up with all the boys in her life!

Hannah is a receptionist and document specialist at Bridgeway Billing. In addition to working for Bridgeway Billing, Hannah also works as a certified medical assistant in a pediatric urgent care facility.

Heather is the special operations manager at Bridgeway Billing. Heather started right out of high school in the insurance field and worked for several companies. She took a break to raise her four boys and is excited to be back in the insurance field helping families.
Scarlett Spradley

Scarlett is a Special Operations Advocate at Bridgeway Billing. She is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor's in Psychology and a minor in Family Sciences from Utah Valley University. She is now pursuing her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, after which she hopes to work in a clinical setting as a therapist specializing in trauma-informed therapy.
She has several years of experience working with Mental Health facilities, including remote office management, social media marketing, and medical billing. She is very passionate about seeing lives change for the better through therapeutic intervention, as she has personally seen what transformative power lies in learning and using skills learned in therapy. She is a proud work-from-home mom and loves that she gets to spend time pursuing her passion as well as raising her daughter. She loves going to the movies, traveling, and doing DIY home improvement projects in her spare time.

Erin is a VOB specialist at Bridgeway Billing. She attended Utah Valley University and received a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. She is excited for the new opportunity of working in the mental health field and being a part of Bridgeway.
